Make-up meeting with Noa

Noa came to me, not really knowing how to make herself up, but really loving to buy makeup. She really enjoys seeing herself in all kind of styles, but she does not really know how to use the makeup she has. So we set up a meeting, and I asked her to come with her beauty bag.
By looking through the beauty bag, it allowed me to understand the approach Noa has with makeup. What she likes, which stuff are keepers, and how to use them at their best. Between the red lipstick, the electric blue mascara, the beautiful golden eye-shadow, the black pencil and a few mascara's, we found  a "too sadly" broken night blue eyeshadow, so I showed Noa how to fix it...and we filmed it for you ;) So look at the next post are visit my youtube channel.
Then I took Noa to the make-up room, and we created step by steps looks and products that will fit her everyday needs. From fresh to glam. I showed her what to use and how. What she should buy, and witch are the best bargains according to her colours, travelling and needs. Here's a little resume of our session.

Easy-to-do liner look

Flormar in Canyon Arzieli. New beauty shop in the Canyon


A new beauty shop opened in Azrieli Canyon. The shop is made like every big professional one brand cosmetic company.  Every tester is out there, all the prices are clearly written, and this is an important issue as the brand wants itself to be like a "light in the pocket" quality makeup. No price is above 99 nis. So you have 3 or 4 kind of foundations, 6 colours each, Bb creams. A lightening primer (quite excited to try that). makeup brushes, interesting 4 quad eye-shadows, a lot of backed-type of blushes & eye-shadows. Mascara's, lipstics, with one that immediately cached my eye..., nail colours...




Very colourful and in the same time, a lot of beautiful neutral colors. Nice quality !!!!

The colour you need to create the shadow is a brown that's going to the greyish side,
 a little bit darker than your skin tone.

Highlighters.
They exist in very lightly to very shimmery, some are more golden, some are more pink...They are intended to bring light to the face (as they are light reflecting)

Smokey

But every time you tried it, it looked like if you had been hit by the bus
No more, I promise you. Take out your eye-pencil and your q-tips…and be ready to rock.


The limit and direction of the smokey

1. Maybeline Colour Tatoo 2 .Nyx Jumbo pencils 3. Bobby Brown Long wear cream shadow stick 4. A fluffy brush (for shading) and a precision brush (for the lash line) 5. Or just your finger and Q-tips

Q-tips and fingers, or 2 type of brushes, 1 for shading, and 1 for defining the the lash lines.

Tips for perfect Mascara





 טיפים למסקרה מושלם




1.Always put the brush of the mascara on the base of the lashes, insisting on the outside corner
2. Make zigzags to separate the lashes
3. Put at least 2 coats
4. Always apply the mascara after using all the powders. If you have eye-shodow on, think of protecting them with a kleenex
5. If you see your mascara does not apply evenly, clean the brush (outside and top) before using.
